Poor — Common idea with no creative element

Excellent — Polished, functional, well-architected

Good — Functional but rough edges

Poor — Non-functional or incomplete prototype

Excellent — Deep integration of provided APIs and AI tools

Good — Used some provided resources adequately

Poor — Did not use provided resources

Outstanding — Clear, engaging, professional demo

Good — Understandable presentation

Poor — Difficult to follow, failed demo
